Why I cannot send any e-mail, nor can I receive e-mail?

 

There are usually two possibilities in this case. First, you may not be connected to the Internet yet or lost your connection. Close down all open programs, reboot your computer, then reconnect to the Internet. Secondly, you may have not configured your mail client correctly. Make sure that all the server settings are filled in along with your name, address, and password.
