Our monitoring services have been engineered to work seamlessly with your servers at ThunderWorx to give you detailed information about uptime and performance - 24 hours a day x 7 days a week.

ThunderWorx uses Network and Server Monitoring applications to ensure service availability. ThunderWorx can provide you with a variety of periodic reports that analyze nearly any operating parameters that may be important to your particular application. ThunderWorx will establish written procedures for communicating any service anomalies to you, and will deploy system administration or engineering resources to correct any problems, upon request.

ThunderWorx can recognize patterns in vast amounts of information, and apply the learned knowledge to detect changes and predict results. ThunderWorx's Predictive Notification service provides you with next generation monitoring and reporting tools for proactive system management. With these tools, ThunderWorx can provide you predictive analysis and automatic notification in the event of an impending problem. ThunderWorx will notify you via established communication mechanisms and provide, upon request, the engineering and system administration services to prevent the impending problem.

You know that by having your mission-critical servers setup in ThunderWorx's data center will guarantee you top-notch network and hardware performance. Those guarantees don't help much when the applications on your server are not running correctly, however. For increased peace-of-mind, we offer ThunderWorxWatch - a powerful, easy-to-configure monitoring solution that lets you monitor primary services such as HTTP, FTP and DNS, and secondary services such as postgreSQL, MySQL and HTTPS. ThunderWorxWatch is available in the following two levels:

ThunderWorxWatch Gold Service (FREE)
This is a passive monitoring service that tests your web port at 5-minute intervals. This does not generate any network traffic. If this port does not respond, our monitoring service will notify you immediately via e-mail. If ping fails, our monitoring service will notify us and we will restart the Web server.

ThunderWorxWatch Platinum Service (30.00 per month)
As with the Gold Service, if ping fails, our monitoring service will notify us and we will restart the Web server. In addition, our Platinum Service allows you to choose 6 ports (Ping, Web port, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, SMTP, POP, Real Server, FTP) to have monitored for a flat monthly fee. If any of these ports should fail, our monitoring service will notify you immediately via e-mail. Our monitoring service will also alert us to the problem and our experienced technicians will automatically fix the problem.

ThunderWorx uses the world's leading application for eBusiness Intelligence, Traffic Monitoring and Visitor Relationship Management. Traffic Analysis Reports offer sophisticated web analytics for complex, high traffic web sites.

ThunderWorx's high-capacity network provides the reliability, performance, and scalability that you require to run your e-business. Our network is built using the latest technology from Cisco, the industry leader in networking hardware. ThunderWorx dedicated and colocation services incorporate a 3GB bandwidth allocation per month. Additional bandwidth may be ordered in 1GB increments. ThunderWorx bills monthly for flat rate bandwidth.
